We are hiring a high-impact Project Manager to lead end-to-end implementation of
Workforce Management (Time & Attendance) / HCM solutions for enterprise and
multinational clients. This role requires strong delivery ownership, proactive
communication, and the ability to manage complex global implementations with a
client-first mindset. Key Responsibilities: Own end-to-end project lifecycle
from discovery to go-live and stabilization Manage project planning, timelines,
milestones, and deliverables Maintain project dashboards, status reports, and
executive updates Define and manage RACI (roles and responsibilities) and
escalation matrix Proactively identify risks, issues, and dependencies and drive
mitigation plans Ensure delivery within scope, timeline, and quality
expectations Act as primary client interface and manage stakeholder expectations
Lead steering committees, status reviews, and governance calls Coordinate across
functional, technical, and integration teams Oversee testing cycles, UAT,
parallel runs, and readiness for go-live Manage cutover planning and post
go-live hypercare support Required Skills: Strong experience in Project
Management for HCM / Workforce Management implementations Mandatory
client-facing experience managing global stakeholders Strong communication,
stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills Proven experience in project
governance and delivery execution Certifications (Mandatory): PMP or Scrum
Master (CSM) or PRINCE2 Experience working in Agile / Hybrid delivery models
preferred Domain & Product Experience: Experience in Time & Attendance or
Workforce Management domain Exposure to leading platforms such as WorkForce
Software, UKG, SAP SuccessFactors Time, Workday, Oracle, Quinyx, Infor, Dayforce
or similar Key Competencies: Strong anticipation mindset with proactive risk
management Client-first approach with ownership and accountability Ability to
manage complex, multi-country implementation projects Strong execution
discipline and attention to detail Effective collaboration across global teams
