Are you outgoing, motivated, and passionate about providing exceptional customer service? Five Star Chevrolet is looking for a BDC Sales Agent to be the first point of contact for our customers and help drive our dealership's success.
As a BDC Sales Agent, you'll connect with customers through phone calls, emails, texts, and online inquiries, schedule appointments, and create a positive first impression that leads to vehicle sales.

Responsibilities:
Respond to internet leads, phone calls, text messages, and emails
Schedule appointments for customers to meet with our sales team
Follow up with potential customers and maintain communication
Confirm appointments and maximize customer show rates
Update customer information in the CRM system
Provide outstanding customer service while helping achieve dealership sales goals
Requirements
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Positive attitude and professional demeanor
Sales or customer service experience preferred
Strong computer and multitasking skills
Self-motivated, dependable, and goal-oriented
Automotive experience is a plus, but not required
Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
Must be willing to submit to a drug and background screen prior to employment
