Responsibilities:
Present and sell vehicle protection plans, maintenance packages, and aftermarket products
Educate customers on available accessories and protection options
Build value by recommending products that fit each customer's needs
Coordinate accessory installations with the service department
Maintain accurate paperwork and customer records
Help achieve monthly sales and profitability goals while providing an exceptional customer experience
Requirements
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
Professional appearance and customer-first mindset
Automotive dealership experience is a plus but not required
Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
Must be willing to submit to a drug and background screen prior to employment
