Quick Roofing is seeking a skilled Web Developer responsible for building and maintaining responsive, high-performance web applications using React.js and modern web technologies. This role collaborates with internal teams to deliver functional, user-friendly web applications that support daily operations.

Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain web applications using React.js
Build responsive, mobile-friendly user interfaces using modern HTML5/CSS3 standards
Collaborate with designers to translate UI/UX concepts into functional applications
Work with backend teams to integrate APIs and ensure seamless data flow
Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and performance
Maintain clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
Participate in code reviews and version control best practices using Git
Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues across applications
Continuously improving user experience and functionality across company platforms

Core Technical Requirements:
Strong proficiency in React.js
Solid experience with HTML5 and CSS3 (responsive design)
Experience with JavaScript (ES6+)
Familiarity with version control systems (Git)
5+ years of payroll experience required
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with TypeScript
Experience working with FileMaker systems
Experience consuming and integrating REST APIs
Familiarity with modern UI frameworks such as Tailwind CSS

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field (or equivalent experience)
Proven experience developing front-end or full-stack web applications
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
