YOU...
are responsible for the certification of airborne software and electronic hardware used in civil helicopter systems
perform technical analysis of software/hardware development and verification plans
prepare the necessary approval documentation (compliance evidence, certification plans, verification reports)
contribute to the definition of the certification strategy in line with DO-178C / DO-254 processes
collaborate with system managers, software/hardware engineers, technical experts, and project managers
follow up, review compliance data, and ensure that certification activities are completed on time
Qualifications
YOU...
fulfill the general V.I.E program requirements (EU-graduate, aged between 18 and 28 years)
have completed an aerospace engineering, computer engineering, or comparable degree
have experience in certification engineering, compliance, or avionics development in the aerospace industry
are familiar with DO-178C (software) and DO-254 (hardware) standards, and their role in aviation certification
are an open and communicative person
speak fluent English; additional languages are a plus
