Job Description
WHAT YOU’LL DO
At the heart of every great customer experience is a seamless supply chain. We’re looking for a Transport & Trade Procurement Expert (APAC) to help us unlock smarter, more sustainable ways of moving our products in the APAC countries.
As a Transport & Trade Procurement Expert, you will lead end-to-end procurement across a diverse and dynamic APAC (Australia, New Zealand, the Greater China, Japan, Korea, Malaysia, Singapore, Philippines, Vietnam, India).
You’ll partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders to secure the right suppliers, optimize contracts, and drive value — while enabling efficient, resilient, and more sustainable logistics operations.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Lead end-to-end procurement processes, from requirement definition to contract finalization.
Translate business needs into sourcing strategies aligned with category, cost, and sustainability targets.
Collaborate with stakeholders to evaluate suppliers, shape solutions, and support decision-making.
Drive impactful negotiations and deliver strong commercial outcomes.
Present sourcing recommendations and influence key decisions.
Ensure compliance with governance, ethical standards, and regulatory requirements.
Conduct market analysis, benchmarking, and supplier performance management.
Identify opportunities to enhance operational excellence and sustainability impact.

Qualifications
WHO YOU ARE
We are looking for someone who is …
Strong experience in logistics procurement and complex negotiations
Deep understanding of transport sourcing, supplier management, and compliance standards
Ability to work across teams and influence stakeholders at all levels
Solid analytical and financial skills with a focus on value creation
Experience in multi-market or APAC sourcing environments
A structured yet flexible approach with a drive for continuous improvement
Strong communication skills, with the ability to present insights and recommendations clearly
Additional languages such as Japanese or Korean are a plus
