About the Role
We're entering an exciting phase of growth and are looking for a Talent Partner who wants to do more than fill roles. You'll play a key role in shaping how we attract, assess, and hire exceptional talent while helping build the foundations of a scalable talent & people function. This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys recruiting today and is excited by the possibility of expanding into talent strategy, employer branding, workforce planning, onboarding, and/or broader people initiatives as we grow.
What You'll Do
Talent Acquisition
Lead end-to-end recruitment across multiple functions and levels.
Partner closely with hiring managers to define hiring needs and talent strategies.
Source and engage exceptional candidates through multiple channels.
Design and continuously improve candidate assessment processes.
Deliver an outstanding candidate experience.
Own ATS hygiene and recruiting data quality.
Talent & Growth Initiatives
Support workforce planning and hiring forecasts.
Help improve onboarding and new-hire integration.
Use data and insights to improve hiring effectiveness.
Participate in broader people projects as the company scales.
