You have
Passion to support our customers to live their best lives
Experience of caring for others, professionally or personally
The ability to work on your own initiative, staying calm and positive under pressure
Recognise every customer is different and adopt a flexible, personal approach, listening to understand their needs
A Level 2 diploma in Care or equivalent experience (or willing to study towards it)

The practical bits
Working a mixed rota pattern from Monday-Sunday, which does include some evening, weekends and bank holiday working
You'll work core hours between 8am and 4pm with flexibility built in
You will be based on our Scott Grange office in Hartlepool, however you will travel across Hartlepool to meet our customers who live in the community
You need an Enhanced DBS with barring list (we pay)
A vehicle insured for business use (and a license!), we’ll pay for any business mileage
