About the Graduate Programme The Sanofi Spain Graduate Programme is a 12-month experience combined with a university-accredited course, allowing participants to learn, grow, and gain real-world experience at the same time. Participants have the opportunity to: Contribute to meaningful projects from day one Learn from experienced professionals and leaders Collaborate with international and cross-functional teams Develop technical and professional capabilities Build a strong foundation for a long-term career What we're looking for You don't need to have everything figured out – but you'll likely thrive in our Graduate Programme if you bring: A Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (completed within the last 3 years or graduating soon) Confidence working in English (B2 minimum, C1 preferred) Spanish language skills may be required for some opportunities Curiosity, initiative, and a genuine desire to learn Strong communication and collaboration skills A problem-solving mindset and willingness to embrace new challenges Eligibility Before applying, please ensure that: You have full right to work in Spain You are willing to undertake a university-accredited course alongside your role You are available to join opportunities starting from October 2026 onwards You are interested in exploring opportunities across different functions and teams What we offer Successful candidates selected for programme opportunities will receive: Competitive salary aligned to the specific role and business area 5% annual bonus Social benefits package Up to €3,000 development support to help cover the cost of the university-accredited course Ongoing learning and development opportunities Exposure to a global and innovative healthcare environment Ready to take the first step?
