Job Description
We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Site Administrator to support the smooth day-to-day running of our site. This role is crucial in ensuring all administrative processes are completed accurately, efficiently, and to a high standard.
You’ll play a key part in supporting site operations, maintaining records, and working closely with colleagues across the business to keep everything running seamlessly.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily absence and attendance reporting (including AWOL tracking)
Maintain agency trackers and fire registers to ensure accurate attendance records
Provide administrative support including note-taking in meetings
Update communication boards with announcements, KPIs, and job adverts
Maintain time & attendance (T&A) records and systems
Administer LMS systems and ensure all data is accurate and up to date
Process new starter documentation, including right to work checks
Order PPE, uniforms, and stationery
Manage site access permissions
Support inductions for employees and contractors
Maintain training matrices and ensure compliance
Track holidays, appraisals, and 1:1 reviews
Qualifications
We’re looking for someone who is:
Experienced in an administrative role (essential)
Highly organised with the ability to prioritise a busy workload
Confident in communicating with a wide range of stakeholders
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
Detail-oriented with strong accuracy skills
A team player who builds strong working relationships
Experience within logistics or warehousing is advantageous but not essential.
