Overview:
The Service BDC (Business Development Center) Representative manages inbound and outbound customer communications for the service department. This role ensures all service inquiries are handled professionally, appointments are scheduled efficiently, and customers receive timely reminders and updates.
Responsibilities:
Answer incoming service calls and respond to online inquiries
Schedule, confirm, and reschedule service appointments
Make outbound calls for maintenance reminders and follow-ups
Document all communication in the CRM system
Provide accurate information about dealership services and promotions
Coordinate with advisors and service managers to optimize scheduling
Support customer retention by delivering exceptional phone service
