What we do
The Business Unit Analytics provides consulting, implementation, training,
architecture, and installation services for profitability and sustainability
management based on SAP’s analytics solutions, SAP Profitability and Performance
Management (PaPM), SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), and Data Warehouse Cloud (DWC). We
co-develop the SAP PaPM application and content packages providing standard
functionality for various use cases and industries. Our team combines
functional, technical, and industry expertise on cost allocations, intercompany
transfer pricing, product and service costing, IT costing, tax calculations,
funds and liquidity transfer pricing, cost-to-serve, planning simulation, and
sustainability. We help our clients in many industries across the globe become
more profitable and sustainable, increase operational transparency and control,
and create a better basis for decision-making. We are a global, diverse, and

What you will do
* Analysis of complex business processes in international companies for
different industries with a focus on Cost & Revenue Accounting, Profitability
Analysis & Management or Funds Transfer Pricing using PaPM solution;
* Support pre-sales activities and POCs;
* Implementation and test of solutions on mentioned above areas with a focus on
end-to-end processes including all relevant business requirements and system
architecture to fulfill customer’s needs;
* Creation of the functional specifications, process flows, customizing,
training, and other project-related documents;
* Facilitate end user training on the model implemented;
What we're looking for
* Degree in Economics, IT, or a related field with knowledge of finance and
accounting processes;
* Ability to translate business needs into system design and specifications;
* Strong team player and self-starter with excellent communication skills;
* Willingness to travel (primarily Europe, with global opportunities);
* Strong organization, and presentation skills;
* Fluent in English and Spanish are a must (oral and in writing).
Nice to have
* Knowledge of SAP ERP solutions (S/4HANA, FI-CO, PCM, COPA, BPC, etc.);
* Experience with SQL and SAP or ERP implementations;
* Familiarity with SCRUM, PRINCE2, or ASAP methodologies;
* Additional language skills, consulting and leadership experience;
* Passion for high-quality work and ethical integrity in a global team
environment.
