How you will shape Prophero:
Onboards clients to PropHero, providing them with information on the PropHero methodology and process and understanding their investment objectives
Communicates regularly with the client via the appropriate channels (instant chat, email and/or phone/video call)
Resolves all client queries actively, promptly and with high energy, keeping them updated through the process
Conducts analysis on the client portfolio to understand the client lifecycle, and decide the appropriate next steps for each client
Account Manager: owning a portfolio of investors and making sure no one stops at their first property. Your success is measured in relationships that compound — just like the investments you recommend.
Studies the property market and properties using the PropHero methodology to gain a well-rounded understanding of the opportunities, before presenting them to clients
Helps the supply team prioritize and refine their property search, to land investments that best match our clients, with the highest probability of closing
Shares and discusses facts and research about the market, area/suburb, and properties to educate and upskill clients, supporting their decision process
Presents property opportunities to clients, bringing the PropHero facts and analysis to life on why the opportunity is a good option for the client and helps them to decide.
Refines and documents the PropHero client success methodology (incl. training materials) to scale the process
As needed, growing the client success team to meet increasing volumes
What you will bring to our team:
3+ years experience in a client facing or client service role. Client, client, client. Strong track record of delivering top client outcomes and experience. Demonstrates passion and strong innate drive to help clients achieve their objectives and has the best experience along the way.
Appreciates each client’s specific background, culture and context. This role is all about the client!
Excellent oral communication and interpersonal skills. Able to communicate clearly, accurately and confidently to rapidly establish credibility and trust with clients.
Problem Solver. Able to think critically and quickly on the spot, responding to various stakeholder situations and requirements. Finds creative solutions to problems to achieve a desired outcome.
Growth Mindset. Focused on individual development and growth, including learning but also improving the PropHero approach/processes over time.
Operational excellence and vision. Capable to lead and coordinate the whole property process. Ability to see improvement areas in the process and suggest practical ideas to optimize.
Organizational and detail oriented. Completes tasks, big and small, with no errors. Plans and manages the full process with stakeholders to the required specification and timeline. Does not miss deadlines, especially with clients
