Ondaro is looking for a driven and results-oriented Senior Account Executive to join our growing sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving new business growth, developing strategic client relationships, and expanding Ondaro’s presence within the ServiceNow ecosystem. You will work closely with prospects, customers, delivery teams, and executive stakeholders to identify business challenges, position high-value solutions, and manage the full sales cycle from opportunity generation through contract closure. This role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on the company's growth while working in a fast-paced, collaborative, and innovative environment.
What You'll Be Doing:
Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities within target accounts and industries.
Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation and qualification through proposal development, negotiation, and contract closure.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and executive stakeholders.
Understand customer business objectives and align Ondaro’s services and solutions to their strategic initiatives.
Collaborate with Marketing, Delivery, and Solution Consulting teams to develop effective go-to-market strategies and customer solutions.
Deliver compelling presentations, solution overviews, and executive-level discussions.
Maintain accurate pipeline management, forecasting, and opportunity tracking within the company CRM.
Generate recurring revenue opportunities through account expansion, cross-selling, and upselling initiatives.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies, providing market insights to internal stakeholders.
Represent Ondaro at customer meetings, industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
What You’ll Bring to the Table:
Experience in B2B technology sales, professional services sales, or consulting services sales.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Experience managing complex enterprise sales cycles and multiple stakeholders.
Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Excellent communication, presentation, and proposal development abilities.
Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar tools.
Strong business acumen with the ability to understand customer challenges and position value-driven solutions.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across cross-functional teams.
Willingness to travel as needed to support customer engagements and business development activities.
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
Fluent English required.
Experience selling within the ServiceNow ecosystem or working for a ServiceNow partner.
Knowledge of IT Service Management (ITSM), HR Service Delivery (HRSD), Customer Workflows, or Digital Transformation initiatives.
Experience operating within global or matrixed organizations.
Spanish proficiency is a plus.
