What You'll Do
Welcome customers and build lasting relationships through exceptional service.
Guide customers through the vehicle selection process by understanding their wants and needs.
Demonstrate vehicle features, technology, safety systems, and benefits.
Conduct vehicle walkarounds and test drives.
Assist customers throughout the purchase or lease process.
Maintain follow-up communication with customers before and after delivery.
Stay current on product knowledge, incentives, and industry trends.
Utilize CRM tools to manage customer interactions and opportunities.
Participate in dealership and manufacturer training programs.
Support a positive team environment and contribute to dealership success.
