For more than 25 years, EK Health Services has been a trusted partner in the workers' compensation industry, delivering innovative case management and managed care solutions to carriers, TPAs, self-insured employers, and public entities nationwide.
As our national presence continues to grow, we are seeking a Sales Executive to help expand our reach, develop new client relationships, and drive business growth across the country.

This is an exciting opportunity for a sales professional who thrives on building relationships, creating opportunities, and helping clients solve complex workers' compensation challenges. You'll have the support of an established organization with a strong reputation, experienced operational teams, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.

This role will require travel (20-30%) to trade conferences and client meetings.

Requirements
3+ years of B2B sales, business development, or client-facing experience
A natural relationship-builder who is comfortable initiating conversations and creating opportunities
Strong communication and listening skills with a consultative approach
Self-starter mindset with a drive to meet and exceed goals
Ability to manage a territory and stay organized in a remote environment
Experience in healthcare, insurance, or a related field is helpful, but not required
