Job Description
Contacting and following up on leads generated by our Marketing team.
Identifying customer needs and offering the most suitable products while keeping the CRM (Salesforce) up to date.
Guiding clients throughout the process until program booking and transferring them to the Customer Service team.
Qualifications
Pursuing completion of a BS/MS degree in business administration, management or a related field.
Native-level English, additional EU languages are a plus.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Based in Barcelona or surrounding areas.
