Job Summary
The Production Technician supports manufacturing operations by performing assembly, testing, inspection, packaging, inventory control, and order fulfillment activities. Ensures products meet established quality standards and regulatory requirements while maintaining accurate production and inventory records. Supports continuous improvement initiatives and helps achieve production, quality, and delivery objectives.
Primary Job Duties
Incoming Inspection
Performs Material and Finished Goods inspection
Prepare Non-conformance reports
Track reworks and rejected materials
Assemble Celluma devices, subassemblies, and accessories according to approved work instructions and procedures.
Perform functional testing and verification of finished products.
Troubleshoot and identify product issues and support rework activities as directed.
Package finished products in accordance with established procedures and quality requirement
Finished Goods Inventory
Performs Finished Good Inspections, perform tests, assembly, and packaging
Performs Subassembly and Accessory Inspections, perform tests, and assembly
Monitors finished goods inventory levels
Fulfillment of Customer Orders
Pay Range: $19-20 per hour, non-exempt position
An employee’s pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, performance, travel requirements, revenue-based metrics, any contractual agreements, and business or organizational needs.

Requirements
Education and Experience
High School Diploma, or equivalent (for example, GED).
Prior experience with supply management, quality inspection, sales and shipping preferred.
Prior experience promoting process improvement, inventory control preferred.
Great communication skills – verbal and written.
Experience working as part of a team.
Work Context
Communication - Verbal and written communication daily with people inside and outside the organization as required as part of this job.
Role Relationships - Important to always be professional when representing the organization during interactions with others both inside and outside the organization.
Work Setting – Mainly indoor work walking, standing, bending, reaching and lifting.
Environmental Conditions - Will not be subject to any extreme environmental conditions as part of this job.
Job Hazards – Slips, trips, falls, heavy lifting and awkward postures, forklift and other equipment hazards, and falling objects. Ergonomic hazards such as Carpal Tunnel Syndrome and other MSD’s (musculoskeletal disorders), electrical hazards such as overloaded power strips, environmental hazards such as noise levels, insufficient or excessive lighting. Daily frequency of exposure with minimal likelihood of injury if paying attention to one’s surroundings.
Body Positioning - Sedentary 10% of the time, walking, standing, bending, reaching and lifting no more than 50lbs. 90% of the time.
Routine versus Challenging Work – 90% routine work versus 10% challenging work will be performed.
Pace and Scheduling – The pace and scheduling the Production Technician sets is very important to being successful in this role. Needs to meet a daily production goal of 100 devices tested and packaged.
