Our Production Associates are the backbone of the plant. In this role, you’ll gain exposure to multiple production areas and develop valuable industrial skills in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. One week you may work near the furnaces, another week supporting finishing operations or material handling. If you’re dependable, safety-focused, and work well with others, we want to hear from you.

Compensation & Schedule
At Spectro, we believe in promoting from within and developing talent. Many of our skilled operators and leaders started in this role.
Starting Wage: $20.00/hour
Night Shift Premium: Additional $1.30/hour
Schedule: Rotating 3-2-2-3 schedule (3 days on, 2 days off, 2 days on, 3 days off)
Shift Times:
Days: 4:45 AM – 5:00 PM
Nights: 4:45 PM – 5:00 AM

What You’ll Do
This is a hands-on role in a dynamic manufacturing environment where you’ll contribute to daily operations while building valuable skills and experience.

Responsibilities include:
Safely stack and handle aluminum ingots (approximately 28 lbs each)
Perform quality checks to ensure products meet company standards
Operate forklifts and other equipment (training provided)
Assist with routine maintenance and general plant operations
Follow all safety procedures and wear required protective equipment
Work collaboratively with teammates to support production goals

Qualifications
Must be at least 18 years old
Ability to frequently lift up to 50 lbs
Comfortable working in hot and cold environments
