We’re looking for a curious and proactive Process Specialist (Power BI & AI Focus) to join our Drammen office, working with an international team supporting the EMEA region.In this role, you’ll work with modern tools like Power BI, SAP, SharePoint, and emerging AI technologies to improve processes, solve challenges, and support business decisions. If you enjoy a mix of analytics, systems, and continuous improvement—this could be a great fit for you.Main ResponsibilitiesBuild and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards that help the business make informed decisionsExplore and help implement AI tools and AI agents to improve efficiency and drive innovationSupport data quality and master data maintenance in SAPHelp troubleshoot SAP-related issues and collaborate with colleagues to find solutionsContribute to process improvements and smarter ways of workingCreate and update documentation to ensure knowledge sharing across the teamUse SharePoint to support collaboration and process visibilityTake an active role in an international team, working across the EMEA regionQualifications~3+ years of relevant experienceBusiness experience and understanding of business operations processes, ideally including Sales-related processesRelevant education within Business Analytics, Information Systems, Data Science, Business Administration or similar, is an advantageKey skillsStrong Power BI experience (data modelling, reporting, dashboards)Experience with AI tools / AI agent developmentAnalytical thinking and ability to turn data into meaningful insightsGood understanding of business operations and sales processesAttention to detail and commitment to data qualityProblem-solving mindset with an interest in improving processesAbility to work independently while staying connected with the teamClear and effective communication skillsPreferred skills QualificationsExperience with SAP (MM or SD modules)Familiarity with SharePointAdditional InformationWith us, you will be part of a professional and solid organization.
