Operations Working Student (all genders)

Your mission
Are you currently pursuing a Bachelor’s/master's degree in Supply chain, Operations, or Business and looking to gain experience as part of a global Operations team?
We are looking for a motivated Operations Working student to support our Logistics and Support/Service activities for the European market. This is a hands-on, operational role with exposure to a global organization, working closely with teams in the US and UK.

You will:
Support inbound and outbound logistics operations.
Track shipments and follow up on deliveries with logistics partners.
Assist with inventory management, stock monitoring, and discrepancies.
Assist with basic refurbishment of devices and quality checks.
Monitor order status and ensure timely fulfillment.
Coordinate with internal teams (Operations, Logistics, Service and Support) across different regions.
Support process documentation and continuous improvement initiatives.

Your profile
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Comfortable with hands-on, operational tasks and daily execution.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Strong attention to detail and follow-up mindset.
Good Knowledge of Microsoft tools, especially:
Excel
Outlook, Teams, and PowerPoint
Fluent in English.
Salesforce and SAP skills would be highly appreciated.
