Mystery Shoppers – Spain (Freelance / Flexible)
We are recruiting Mystery Shoppers across Spain to carry out discreet customer experience visits for retail, hospitality, food service, and service-based businesses.
This is a flexible, freelance role, ideal as a side income, for students, or for professionals looking for occasional assignments.
What you’ll be doing
Visiting assigned locations (stores, restaurants, hotels, or service providers)
Observing customer service, compliance, and overall experience
Making a small purchase where required
Completing a clear, structured online report after each visit
Providing honest, objective feedback
What we’re looking for
Reliable and detail-oriented individuals
Strong observation and written skills
Ability to follow instructions precisely
Access to a smartphone and internet
Must be based in Spain (especially Zaragoza, Lleida, Ibiza and Mallorca)
Previous mystery shopping experience is helpful but not essential

Estamos buscando compradores misteriosos en toda España para realizar visitas discretas de evaluación de la experiencia del cliente en comercios, hostelería y servicios.
Funciones principales:
Visitar locales asignados de forma anónima
Evaluar la atención al cliente y el cumplimiento de estándares
Realizar una pequeña compra cuando sea necesario
Completar un informe online claro y objetivo
Requisitos:
Persona responsable y observadora
Buena capacidad de redacción
Teléfono móvil y acceso a internet
Residir en España (especialmente Zaragoza, Lleida, Ibiza y/o Mallorca)
No se requiere experiencia previa (formación incluida)
