We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Finance Manager to join our team and drive financial excellence.
Job Responsibilities:
Lead the preparation and review of monthly, quarterly, annual, and consolidated financial statements in compliance with SLFRS and Group reporting requirements.
Ensure the timely delivery of management accounts, Board and Executive Committee reports, financial analysis, and the Group Annual Report.
Support budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and performance monitoring to provide insights for strategic decision-making.
Oversee regulatory compliance, tax, treasury, liquidity management, related-party reporting, and external audit coordination.
Drive reporting enhancements, process automation, internal controls, and the development of the finance team.
Candidate Profile:
Member of CA Sri Lanka.
Degree or Master's program in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
7–10 years' experience in financial reporting, finance, audit, or related roles.
Strong knowledge of SLFRS, consolidated reporting, financial analysis, taxation, and regulatory compliance.
Experience in preparing Board and management reports, annual reports, and consolidated financial statements.
Strong leadership, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
