The Leasing Consultant will receive general supervision and direction from the Community Manager. The Leasing Consultant will comply with established policies and procedures and will not act contrary to such guidelines without the Community Manager’s approval.

Requirements
Designations a plus
Minimum 3 years onsite LIHTC experience
Achieving and maintaining as close to 100% occupancy as possible by presenting property and provided amenities in a positive light to prospective tenants
Prepare reports related to occupancy
Advertise available units using a variety of media and promoting materials
Determine the needs and economic viability of prospect customers
Confirm rental application data and personal references
Stay knowledgeable of the surrounding properties market status
Attend mandatory meetings and seminars
Able to communicate both orally and in writing using English and use of basic arithmetic skills
Must have access to reliable vehicle transportation and possess a valid driver’s license and a driving record acceptable to TMAM for site errands
Working knowledge of real estate law and leasing practices
Persuasive marketing and sales skills
Customer service orientation
Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by Community Manager and/or TMAM Management
