We are an exceptional team, focused on understanding and supporting consumer and customer needs, harnessing new technology, and scaling growth opportunities.
What you'll do:
Design, model, and maintain end-to-end BI solutions in Power BI, including data modeling, DAX calculations, report building, and interactive dashboards that drive business decision-making.
Use SQL to query, clean, and analyze large datasets, ensuring accuracy and reliability of the data used in reporting.
Transform analytical findings into compelling narratives that connect data insights with business strategies for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Apply best practices in data visualization and user-centric design to deliver impactful, intuitive, and actionable dashboards and reports.
Collaborate with international teams as part of a global project, leveraging advanced English communication skills to ensure alignment, standardization, and knowledge sharing across regions.
Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver high-quality, actionable insights under tight deadlines with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
Solve complex business and data challenges through ad hoc analysis, identifying trends, root causes, and opportunities by combining data exploration, critical thinking, and business context to support informed decision-making.
What you'll need:
BA/BS/MS in Math, Economics, Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science, or other related quantitative field.
Advanced knowledge of Power BI (data modeling, DAX, report building, and dashboard design).
Advanced expertise in SQL for querying and data preparation.
Intermediate English (spoken and written) to effectively communicate insights with international stakeholders.
Knowledge of statistics and statistical analysis techniques.
Strong skills in data storytelling: ability to craft clear narratives that connect data insights to business strategy, ensuring stakeholders easily understand and act on the information.
Understanding of data visualization best practices, design principles, and user-centric dashboards.
Ability to translate complex datasets into insightful, visually compelling, and actionable reports.
Organized and detail-oriented, capable of delivering under tight timelines while ensuring quality.
Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with strong collaboration skills to work across cross-functional teams.
