Ally Psychiatry is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Psychiatrist to join our growing behavioral health team in Tampa, Florida. This position offers a rewarding blend of inpatient and outpatient psychiatry, allowing physicians to provide comprehensive care across the behavioral health continuum while working within a collaborative, physician-led environment.
The incoming psychiatrist will work alongside an experienced multidisciplinary team, providing high-quality psychiatric care, supervising Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners, and helping shape the continued growth of behavioral health services. Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Participate in shared call coverage

Requirements
Qualifications
MD or DO from an accredited medical school
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Psychiatry
Active Florida medical license or ability to obtain one
DEA registration or eligibility
Strong communication and leadership skills
Commitment to compassionate, evidence-based psychiatric care
