About the role

As an HR Data Analyst Intern, you will play a critical role in improving the quality, consistency, and accuracy of our people data. This role is heavily focused on data cleaning, data standardization, and data governance across HR systems. What You´ll Do
Clean, validate, and standardize employee data across HR platforms and databases
Identify duplicate, incomplete, inaccurate, or inconsistent records and implement corrective actions
Support large-scale HR data quality improvement projects
Create and maintain data validation rules and standard operating procedures
Review organizational structures, job titles, departments, and employee information to ensure consistency across systems
Assist with HRIS data audits and ongoing data integrity checks
Build reports and dashboards to monitor data quality metrics and trends
Collaborate with HR, Talent Acquisition, Payroll, and other stakeholders to improve data accuracy
Support data migration, system implementation, and process improvement initiatives
Document data standards, definitions, and best practices to improve long-term data governance
What You’ll Need
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field
Strong attention to detail and ability to spot inconsistencies in large datasets
Advanced Excel skills including formulas, lookups, pivot tables, and data validation techniques
Comfortable working with large volumes of data and repetitive quality control tasks
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to organize information in a structured and logical way
Previous experience with data cleaning, data migration, or data governance projects is a plus
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
