Who We’re Looking For:
We are looking for a hands-on HR & Office Administrator to own the day-to-day operations of our Bangalore office across HR, IT support, facilities, vendors, and employee experience. Candidates from an IT background looking to move into HR are welcome to apply.
What you additionally need to know:
This is a full-time, onsite role based in our Bengaluru (MG Road) office. The role follows UK collaboration hours (11:00AM–8:00PM IST) to support seamless cross-regional execution.
What would you be responsible for:
1. HR Operations
Maintain employee records, databases, and personnel files.
Manage onboarding, attendance, leave, and exit processes.
Serve as the first point of contact for employee HR queries.
2. IT Support
Triage and resolve employee IT tickets: hardware, software, access, and connectivity.
Set up devices and accounts for new joiners.
Manage SaaS licences, tool access, and device inventory.
Coordinate with external IT vendors as needed.
3. Office & Facilities Management
Liaise with the co-working space team for day-to-day operational needs.
Manage supplies, pantry, and swag.
4. Vendor Management
Manage vendor relationships, negotiate rates, process invoices, and track renewals.
5. Events & Travel Management
Plan and run team events and employee engagement activities.
Arrange travel, accommodation, and visa logistics.
You Might Be a Good Fit If…
You have 2–4 years of experience in HR, office administration, IT support, or a combination of these.
You hold any graduate degree.
You are tech-savvy with strong problem-solving instincts.
You are accountable, organised, and discreet.
You are proficient in Google Workspace; experience with HRMS or IT tools is a plus.
