🚀 WE'RE HIRING AT SUPERSONIK
Software sales is changing fast. AI agents are moving beyond simple assistance
and starting to run core go-to-market workflows: product demos, onboarding,
enablement, sales training, and more.
At Supersonik, we’re building the infrastructure for this new agentic GTM stack.
We’re backed by Andreessen Horowitz (a16z), and companies like Salesforce and
HubSpot are already customers. We’re helping define a category we believe will
become a core part of how companies grow.
THE MISSION
We're looking for a Founding GTM Engineer to build the AI-powered systems that
run Supersonik’s go-to-market motion.
Your job is to build the machine that fills the pipeline with the right leads,
researches and enriches them, scores them, routes them, and helps convert them
with as little human hands-on-keyboard as possible. This is the system our GTM
team will run on.
This role sits at the intersection of growth, engineering, and sales. You will
build internal GTM infrastructure, connect tools and data sources, design
automated workflows, and turn manual processes into systems that scale.
You will also be a power user of Supersonik itself. Part of the job is to use
our own agents to demo, sell, onboard, and learn from customers, then turn those
learnings into better workflows and better automation.
This is not a process-admin seat, and it is not a role where you fill the CRM by
hand. This is a zero-to-one role with no existing playbook. You will write it,
use Supersonik to run it, and build the agents that make it scale.
WHAT YOU'LL OWN
* The partner program. You design it from scratch — structure, tiers,
incentives, enablement, co-selling motion. There is no existing playbook. You
write it.
* Strategic partnerships. You identify, negotiate, and close partnerships with
SaaS companies, system integrators, and consulting firms. You know which ones
move the needle and you go after them.
* Channel revenue. You're responsible for what comes through the channel —
pipeline generated, deals influenced, revenue closed. You own the number.
* The partnerships team. As the channel grows, you hire and develop the people
who run it with you. You've done this before and know what good looks like.
* Cross-functional alignment. Partnerships don't work in isolation. You work
closely with sales, product, and marketing to make sure every partner
relationship has a clear motion behind it.
WHAT YOU MUST BRING
* 10+ years in partnerships, business development, or alliances at a B2B SaaS
company — not just managing existing relationships, but actively opening new
ones.
* A track record of signing and scaling partnerships with large organizations.
You've closed deals that mattered, not just maintained accounts that were
already warm.
* You've built something before. A team, a program, a motion — something that
didn't exist until you made it. You can point to it specifically.
* Comfortable operating without a playbook. You're joining early. There's no
process to inherit and no handbook to follow. That energizes you rather than
slowing you down.
* Based in Barcelona or New York, or open to relocating.
* English at professional working level. Spanish is a plus.
STRONG PLUSES
* You've signed partnerships with category-defining SaaS companies — the kind
of logos that open doors downstream.
* Early BD hired at a company that went from zero to a functioning partner
ecosystem. You know what it took.
* Experience building agency or SI channel programs, not just direct SaaS
partnerships.
* Familiarity with AI or emerging GTM infrastructure. You understand what we're
building and why it matters to the partners we're going after.
THIS WILL NOT WORK IF YOU ARE
* Someone whose career has been spent managing inherited partner programs
rather than building from scratch.
* A profile who needs a finished GTM motion to execute against — you want to
operate, not architect.
* Someone who treats partnerships as a relationship-maintenance function rather
than a revenue driver.
* Looking for a role where you hand off execution once the deal is signed. Here
you own it end to end.
