Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Head of Institutional Channel Business Development to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to expand our presence in the institutional channel for our life insurance products. You will work closely with our sales and marketing teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities, build strong relationships with institutional clients, and drive revenue growth. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement strategies to expand our presence in the institutional channel for life insurance products - Identify and pursue new business opportunities with institutional clients, including banks, corporations, and government agencies - Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at institutional clients - Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop targeted sales and marketing plans for the institutional channel - Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential threats and opportunities - Conduct regular market analysis and develop insights to inform business development strategies - Work closely with product development teams to ensure our life insurance products meet the needs of institutional clients - Manage a team of business development professionals and provide guidance and support to achieve business objectives - Prepare and present business development reports and updates to senior management Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field - Minimum of 10 years of experience in business development, preferably in the financial services industry - Proven track record of success in developing and implementing business development strategies - Strong understanding of the institutional channel and experience working with institutional clients - Excellent communication and relationship-building skills - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Ability to lead and motivate a team - Fluency in English and Thai Contract Details: This is a full-time position based in Bangkok, Thailand.
