Job Description
Coordinate and ensure the quality of monthly reporting from subsidiaries, including intercompany reconciliations
Support the preparation of consolidated financial statements in accordance with IFRS and review IFRS reporting packages
Assist in the implementation of central holding functions within the company's Group Accounting department
Provide professional and system-related support and advisory services to domestic and international subsidiaries
Manage and further develop consolidation processes, including consolidation and reporting software (SAP SEM-BCS)
Establish and enhance group accounting and accounting policies, and maintain the group chart of accounts in SAP
Prepare and analyze specific accounting matters in accordance with IFRS
Support post-acquisition integration processes and internal transformation projects
Qualifications
Completed degree in Business Administration (University or University of Applied Sciences) with a focus on Finance/Accounting, or a comparable qualification
Knowledge of IFRS and Austrian GAAP (UGB)
Solid practical experience in group accounting/consolidation and basic knowledge of international tax law
Experience with consolidation software and/or ERP systems (especially SAP) is an advantage
Strong MS Excel skills
Strong analytical and cross-functional thinking skills, with a solid understanding of financial and business interrelationships
Excellent written and spoken German and English skills
Strong communication skills and enjoyment of working in international teams
High level of commitment, teamwork, and a hands-on mentality
Independent, solution-oriented working style
Willingness to take responsibility and actively contribute to change initiatives
