About the Global CL Integration Team
The Global Contract Logistics Integration Team is responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting end‑to‑end integration solutions:
Externally (B2B): with customers, suppliers, and carriers
Internally (A2A): between CEVA applications
The team operates across the full logistics supply chain, with a strong focus on Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Transport Management Systems (TMS) and their integration with financial and back‑office applications.
The team follows a global, product‑driven approach, aiming to deliver standardized and reusable integration solutions across CEVA.
Role Overview
As a Senior IT Integration Analyst / Specialist, you will act as an integration stream leader, serving as the key link between CEVA’s business teams and the IT implementation domain. You will manage interactions between customers, business stakeholders, operations, development, and testing teams, ensuring robust, scalable, and standardized integration solutions.
You will contribute to the design, specification, development, testing, and go‑live of complex B2B and A2A integration solutions, aligned with CEVA’s global architecture standards.
Key Responsibilities
Engagement & Coordination
Act as the main integration contact for internal and external stakeholders
Align functional and technical requirements with customers, carriers, and internal teams
Integration Design & Standardization
Design B2B, A2A, and carrier integration solutions aligned with business needs and CEVA standards
Contribute to the development of standardized and reusable integration frameworks
Specifications & Mapping
Produce clear and detailed interface specifications and paper mappings
Oversee or perform mapping development using middleware platforms
Development & Testing
Coordinate remote development teams for mapping and framework implementation
Perform or support unit testing, SIT, UAT, and regression testing
Contribute to test automation initiatives in collaboration with QA teams
Go‑Live & Support
Provide support during go‑live and early life support phases
Support IT Solution Design during RFQs, RFPs, and RFIs, including customer presentations
Documentation
Maintain accurate functional and technical documentation
Ensure interface inventory and specifications remain up to date

Education & Experience
Required
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
2–5 years’ experience in complex IT integration environments
Experience with TMS and carrier integrations
Strong knowledge of B2B, EAI, EDI, and API integrations
Proven experience with XML, XSD, XSLT, JSON, EDIFACT, ANSI X12
Preferred
Experience with TIBCO, IBM, MuleSoft
Logistics or supply chain background
Experience working in virtual, international teams
Technical Skills
Middleware platforms: TIBCO, IBM, MuleSoft
Protocols: SOAP, REST, HTTP/HTTPS, AS2, FTP/SFTP, MQ
Strong understanding of release cycles, deployment, and risk assessment
Soft Skills
Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal)
Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a complex environment
Proactive, structured, and solution‑oriented mindset
Comfortable working in international and cross‑functional teams
Additional Information
Occasional work outside standard business hours may be required
Occasional travel to support client workshops and go‑live activities
