ABOUT THE ROLE
This role sits on PepsiCo's Global Employer Brand Content team, responsible for top-of-funnel talent communications across the PepsiCoJobs digital ecosystem.
You are the editorial engine of the team translating editorial direction into a consistent standard of quality, voice, and craft across everything the team publishes. You drive the global editorial calendar and the content franchises that carry our storytelling day to day, and you keep the team's output sharp and cohesive.
You also shape the Frontline cohort directly — the talent storytelling for the people who make, move, and sell PepsiCo's products — writing and developing that work as the team's deepest example of editorial craft.
The role partners closely with cohort content leads, the Recruitment Marketing team, and Talent Acquisition, and represents employer brand content with stakeholders across the business. It is both a strategic and a hands-on role.
Depth of storytelling craft and the ability to influence across teams and stakeholders matter more than years alone.
