G18 - Project Manager

Overview
You will be responsible for ensuring successful project delivery, governance compliance, operational readiness, and stakeholder management.
Responsibilities
Manage and deliver projects on time, within budget, and according to business requirements.
Oversee operations, maintenance, and monitoring of systems.
Ensure compliance with IT governance frameworks, including security, resilience, and regulatory requirements.
Coordinate with auditors, and stakeholders for audits and quality management activities.
Drive project management for complex technical initiatives involving cloud platforms, infrastructure planning, and system integration.
Partner with Product Managers to manage operational aspects of products and support successful implementation through ongoing operations.
Plan, coordinate, and support system, user acceptance, and security testing activities before release.
Support the setup, configuration, and adoption of DevOps tools and environments.
Identify, assess, and mitigate operational risks, including audit preparation, incident management, and compliance processes.
Manage end-to-end project delivery while aligning outcomes with organizational objectives.
Foster strong collaboration across cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Requirements
Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, Infocomm Technology, Computer Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related discipline.
Minimum 3–5 years of Project Management experience.
Experience participating in full software or product development lifecycles.
Familiarity with Agile project delivery methodologies.
Strong analytical, conceptualization, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in ambiguous environments.
Strong attention to detail with excellent follow-through and execution skills.
Experience working with cloud platforms, infrastructure projects, and system integration initiatives.
Familiarity with testing methodologies, release management, and operational support.
Preferred Qualifications
Agile Project Management experience.
Professional certifications such as CITPM, COMIT, PMP, PMI-ACP, or equivalent.
Experience in Audit, Quality Management Systems (QMS), or Portfolio Management.
Experience working in Government or Public Sector environments.
Hands-on experience with Confluence, Jira, and DevOps tools.
