Your mission should you choose to accept it…  

One minute you are crafting the perfect espresso for a morning remote worker,
and the next you are shaking up signature cocktails under the Barcelona sun. You
will be right at the center of the action, serving up delicious local dishes and
creating a vibrant, welcoming atmosphere. This internship is your playground to
master the art of modern food service, bar operations, and community vibes. We
love fresh ideas, high energy, and people who are genuinely excited to learn.

In case you don’t know who we are:  

Known for being the rule breakers in hospitality, TSH is a fun, creative and
inspiring environment where everyone can work, stay, learn and play and most
importantly – be themselves. As an employer we look, act and think like a hotel,
but instead we offer a lot more. Think student accommodation, long and short
stay options, gyms, talks, events, rooftop bar and eat & drink escapes as well
as community and coworking spaces. Located in The Netherlands, Germany, Austria,
Italy, France and Spain with several new openings on the way, this hybrid
hospitality concept may take root in the heart of Europe, but our plans are set
for going global. 

What You’ll Do

 

* Serve a fantastic variety of local dishes and menu favorites across our cafe,
restaurant, and rooftop.
* Brew excellent specialty coffee as a barista and mix signature cocktails
behind the bar.
* Share your passion for our food and drink menu, helping guests discover their
new favorite dishes.
* Create a welcoming, high-energy atmosphere where hotel guests and locals love
to hang out.
* Keep all dining and bar areas clean, organized, and perfectly set up for the
next shift.
* Team up with the kitchen and floor staff to keep food and drinks flowing
smoothly during peak hours.

 

Who You Are 

* You’re currently enrolled in a University; 
* Currently studying a relevant bachelor’s in Hospitality, Sales, Advertising,
Marketing, or Business; 
* You have previous F&B experience;
* Enjoy receiving and taking responsibility and you can work independently; 
* You have a flexible, hands-on, motivated and positive approach;  
* You’re an octopus that loves to get your dexterity skills into action;  
* You love responsibility and handle stressful peak periods like a pro;  
* Fluent in English and Spanish– Know any other languages? The more the
merrier!  
* Hard working, responsible and a “let’s do this!” mentality;  
* You must be studying within the EU.
