Responsibilities:
Source, engage, and attract high-quality candidates proficient in English across multiple industries.
Conduct in-depth interviews to assess candidates’ qualifications and cultural fit.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive recruitment experience.
Collaborate with hiring managers to fully understand role requirements and deliver tailored recruitment solutions.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including job advertising, candidate negotiation, and offer management.
Stay informed about market trends and best recruitment practices to continuously improve hiring strategies.
Provide regular recruitment updates and reports to the management team.
Fluency in English (written and spoken) is essential.
Proven experience as a recruiter or talent acquisition specialist, preferably with a freelance background.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with candidates and hiring managers.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple recruitment projects efficiently.
Proficiency with recruitment tools, job boards, and social media platforms.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
