We are looking for Croatian Speaking Customer Support Agents to join our team and make their own contribution to our products. The position comes with excellent company perks and monthly performance bonuses reaching up to 50% of your gross salary.
Role Requirements:
- Providing support in Croatian and English by email and Live chats;
- Processing with great attention to details and content;
- Identifying clients' needs and proactively proposing solutions;
- Focusing on customer expectations and satisfaction;
- Working closely with our team to improve and establish the necessary processes.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Proficiency in Croatian and English, both written and spoken;
- Proactive person with good support/sales skills;
- Strong communication and negotiation skills;
- Attention to detail;
- Previous experience as a support agent will be considered an advantage.

Important Information:
- This is an office-based position in Sofia, Bulgaria.
- Entry-level position — you can apply with little or no experience.
- This is a Night Shift position on a 3 days work, 3 days off pattern from 23 PM until 09 AM.
