The Content and Social Coordinator is a hands-on creator and producer for the Tagg-N-Go marketing team. You will run our social channels day to day, build our user-generated content and influencer programs, coordinate photo and video shoots, and help our team across locations create the content that makes us stand out. You will also help execute our email campaigns.

You can work from a creative brief and turn it into something good without a lot of back and forth.
You are organized enough to manage a content calendar across multiple platforms.
You enjoy collaborating with influencers, creators, and customers.
What You'll Do
Social Media
Manage day to day posting across all social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn).
Build and maintain the content calendar across channels.
Respond to comments and DMs in our brand voice.
Community management. Engage with other accounts, comment on relevant posts, and build presence beyond our own channels.
Study other accounts, creators, and trends to inform our approach.
Stay current on platform trends and adjust formats accordingly.
Content Production
Shoot and edit short-form video content (Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts).
Capture photos and video at locations, events, and partner activations.
Coordinate with outside videographers and photographers when bigger shoots are needed.
Work with the team on creative briefs and execute against them.
UGC and Influencer Program
Build out our user-generated content program. Source it, license it, repost it, and celebrate the people behind it.
Identify and manage relationships with local influencers and creators.
Coordinate sponsored content, collaborations, and trade partnerships.
Employee Content Program
Work with employees across locations to create content that shows the real Tagg-N-Go.
Help train and equip site teams to capture content from where they are.
Email Execution
Build and send email campaigns from briefs and templates.
Maintain email lists, segments, and send calendar.
Coordinate with the marketing team on email content tied to campaigns and promotions.
Requirements
Required Qualifications
1 to 3 years of experience in social media, content production, or a related role.
Comfortable with iPhone and basic video editing apps (CapCut, Adobe Premiere Rush, or similar).
Comfortable with Canva.
Comfortable being on camera and behind the camera.
Strong writing skills with a sense of brand voice.
Organized and reliable with content calendars and deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with influencer outreach and creator partnerships.
Experience with Mailchimp or other email marketing platforms.
Experience with Meta Business Suite and TikTok native tools.
Photography skills.
Experience working with multi-location businesses or franchise brands.
Position Details
Full-Time, Non-Exempt
In-office role at our St. George Support Office, with travel up to 30% for site visits, shoots, and events.
Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 25 pounds (camera gear, event materials).
