The Role
We are looking for a proactive and highly organised Clinical Operations Coordinator to support our Care Quality and Operations teams globally.
In this role, you will help ensure the quality, compliance, and operational efficiency of our telemedicine services across multiple international markets. You will work closely with healthcare professionals, internal operational teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to maintain high service standards and improve the overall user experience.
This role combines healthcare operations, quality assurance, compliance coordination, and healthcare professional relationship management in a fast-paced international environment.
What You’ll DoHealthcare Professional Operations & Support
Develop a deep understanding of our healthcare professional network across 40+ countries.
Build and maintain strong working relationships with healthcare professionals using our platform.
Act as a key operational point of contact for healthcare professionals, helping resolve issues and ensuring a smooth experience.
Support onboarding, operational training, and ongoing engagement initiatives for healthcare professionals.
Coordinate administrative workflows related to healthcare professional management and operational compliance.
Quality Assurance & Service Operations
Monitor service quality and healthcare professional performance using operational metrics and user feedback.
Identify trends, operational risks, and areas for improvement across markets and services.
Support the implementation of corrective actions and operational improvements to maintain high-quality standards.
Assist with the collection, analysis, and reporting of service and performance data.
Participate in regular Care Quality team meetings and operational reviews.
Compliance & Market Operations
Support credential verification and compliance-related workflows for healthcare professionals across different countries.
Help maintain accurate documentation and operational records related to healthcare professional management.
Research and help assess local operational and regulatory requirements in new and existing markets.
Support the operational launch of services in new countries and markets.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Collaborate closely with Stakeholders to improve workflows and user experience.
Provide operational insights and recommendations to support process optimisation and scalability.
Help improve internal systems, tracking processes, and operational documentation.
Availability for a full-time hybrid role based in Barcelona.
Professional fluency in written and spoken English.
Skills & Experience
Previous experience in healthcare operations, telemedicine, medical administration, account management, healthcare communications, health-tech startups, clinical operations, or similar healthcare-focused environments.
Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple workflows and priorities simultaneously.
Comfortable working with spreadsheets, CRM systems, reporting tools, and operational platforms.
Strong communication and relationship management skills.
Experience working in international or multicultural environments is a plus.
Proactive mindset with the ability to identify operational issues and recommend improvements.
Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced startup environment.
