General Responsibilities:
Responsible for selling and the implementation of corporate electronic banking services in order to meet the financial service needs of customers with particular focus on the delivery of cash and treasury mgmt. services. Responsible for identifying, analyzing, selling and supporting cash mgmt. products and services to established business customers and targeted prospective corporate clients; insuring the offices compliance with operating policies and procedures and outside regulatory requirements; communicating with appropriate management and staff; providing periodic report
Essential Duties:
Performs a variety of duties to sell and manage cash management services as follows:
Sells and supports Cash Mgmt. products and services to established business customers and targeted prospective corporate clients.
Establishes/refers new deposit relationships; including ICS and CDARS accts. Manages the Remote Deposit Capture (RDC) process, policy and procedures for the region; completes appropriate documentation as needed to set up the RDC service.
Completes all required documentation to complete the setup of Cash & Treasury Mgmt. services.
Assists in training and guidance for branch employees with regard to Cash & Treasury Mgmt. services.
Sells Merchant Services where needed.
Cross Sells Bank products and services to new and existing customers.
Represents the Bank in the community and develops and promotes the Bank’s services; makes regular business calls as required for audit and follow up.
Works with management in establishing growth, sales, and profit objectives for cash mgmt. services for the region, provides input to these objectives.
Participates in new products roll-outs to stay current with offered services.

Requirements
Education/Training: Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting or related field preferred. A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
Skill(s): Must demonstrate strong communication skills; proficient interpersonal relations and sales skills; a thorough knowledge of the features and benefits of all bank products and services, with some exposure to cash mgmt. products, remote deposit capture and on line banking; a working knowledge of bank operating policies and procedure.
Experience: A minimum of 5 years Customer Service Experience in Banking with exposure to Business account opening and related services. Previous Cash Management sales experience preferred.
