Business Operations Manager
The Business Operations, Governance & Process Manager is responsible for
supporting business coordination, governance activities, reporting, supplier
coordination, KPI management, process improvement, and internal project
activities across Spektrum entities.
The role contributes to:

Key Responsibilities
Business Operations & Coordination
* Support business coordination activities across Spektrum entities.
* Coordinate cross-functional business activities and internal initiatives.
* Coordinate with internal stakeholders, suppliers, teams, and external
partners across business activities.
* Support reporting and KPI tracking activities.
* Contribute to business visibility and process improvement initiatives.
Governance, Compliance & Business Support
* Support governance and compliance activities across legal entities.
* Contribute to policy, process, and framework improvement initiatives.
* Support quality assurance and business maturity activities.
* Contribute to reporting and governance visibility activities.
* Support organisational change and improvement initiatives.
Procurement, Suppliers & Operational Support
Coordinate supplier and procurement-related activities across Spektrum entities.
* Support supplier coordination and vendor management activities.
* Participate in support activities relating to external suppliers and service
providers.
* Contribute to process improvement initiatives relating to procurement and
supplier coordination.
Reporting, KPI Management & Business Visibility
* Support reporting and KPI management activities across business functions.
* Participate in reporting, business visibility, and performance tracking
activities.
* Support the development of reporting structures and KPI frameworks.
* Contribute to improvement initiatives relating to reporting and business
visibility.
Transformation, Projects & Business Improvement
The role will contribute to a range of internal business improvement and
transformation initiatives, including:
process improvement;

Additional responsibilities may include:
