What this program is about:
Professional Development program for recent graduates.
Duration: 2 years.
Full time position.
Rotations in different departments.
Mentor support and ongoing training.
Access to JTI internal vacancies.
Location: Lisbon

What will you do – Responsibilities:
Since this is a rotational program, tasks and knowledge areas will be varied. Graduates provide support in different departments: Sales, Marketing and Finance.
Who are we looking for - Requirements:
Recent graduate or finishing university studies.
Students or graduates from: Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Marketing, Communication…
Skills: proactivity, flexibility, positive attitude towards learning, results-oriented, and good communication.
Language skills: fluent in English (C1)
