Job Description
As a Breakfast Host, you ensure our guests enjoy a smooth and pleasant start to their day. With your warm smile, eye for detail and proactive approach, you create a welcoming breakfast experience that reflects the Motel One philosophy of “One Smile”.
Your responsibilities include:
Preparing, replenishing and maintaining our breakfast buffet according to Motel One standards
Providing attentive and efficient service during breakfast hours
Ensuring cleanliness, quality and presentation throughout the breakfast service
Assisting guests with questions and requests in a friendly and professional manner
Supporting the Bar One team after breakfast service when required
Working closely with colleagues across departments to deliver an exceptional guest experience
Contributing to a positive and collaborative team atmosphere
Qualifications
Whether you are an experienced hospitality professional or looking for a new challenge, personality and genuine hospitality are what matter most to us.
You:
Are an early bird and enjoy starting your day before most people have even had their first coffee
Have experience in hospitality, catering or customer service, or are eager to learn
Are friendly, approachable and enjoy interacting with guests
Remain calm and organized, even during busy breakfast rushes
Are flexible with working hours and willing to support the team when needed, for example in case of unexpected busy periods or when covering for colleagues
Are a team player who enjoys helping out across departments
Have a strong eye for cleanliness, quality and presentation
