The Role
Pexapark’s advisory business sits at the center of how renewable energy gets financed, traded, and risk-managed across Europe. As an Associate, you will work directly on complex transactions, support long-term client relationships, and help grow a business that is reshaping how the market operates.
You will work alongside some of the most experienced professionals in the market, advising leading developers, investors, and traders on deals that matter. The work is challenging and the pace is real, but you will be well-supported and the exposure you gain here is difficult to find anywhere else at this stage of a career.
What You Will Do
Work directly on complex renewable energy transactions, including contract reviews of PPAs and flexibility purchase agreements
Support senior advisors in guiding clients through hedging decisions, from initial analysis through to execution
Build and maintain relationships with offtakers, developers, and investors across Europe
Prepare client-facing materials and lead outreach alongside the project lead
Collaborate with our quantitative advisory team to evaluate structured products and translate their outputs into clear client recommendations
Contribute to growing Pexapark’s presence in key markets as the business scales
What You Will Bring
An advanced degree in business, engineering, or a related field
1–3 years of relevant professional experience, though strong candidates without it will be considered
Genuine interest in renewable energy, BESS, power markets, and energy investment
Strong analytical skills and comfort working with complex data
The ability to structure problems clearly and move from analysis to recommendation without getting lost in the detail
Confident communication skills: you can present complex topics to clients and stakeholders and make them land
Sharp project management instincts, with the ability to handle multiple workstreams without dropping the ball
A good sense of humor
