The Assistant Human Resources Manager serves as a key member of the Human
Resources team, working closely with the Cluster Director of Human Resources to
support the execution of people strategies across the cluster. This role assists
in driving talent acquisition, workforce planning, employee engagement, learning
and development, performance management, and compliance initiatives while
ensuring alignment with organizational goals and brand standards.
The successful candidate will partner with operational leaders to provide HR
guidance, support team member development, foster a positive workplace culture,
and contribute to achieving business objectives through effective people
management practices.
