We are seeking a friendly, dependable, and customer-focused Car Rental Agent to join our team in Elko, Nevada. The ideal candidate will enjoy working with customers, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and play a key role in delivering an exceptional rental experience.

Responsibilities:
Assist customers with vehicle reservations, rentals, and returns.
Explain rental agreements, vehicle features, and optional products and services.
Conduct vehicle inspections before and after rentals.
Assist with detailing cars and preparing for next rental.
Answer customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally and efficiently.
Process rental transactions, payments, and documentation accurately.
Coordinate vehicle availability and fleet assignments.
Support daily branch operations and maintain a clean, organized rental office.
Qualifications:
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Sales experience preferred.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record-no more than 2 accidents/incidents in past 3 years
Basic computer proficiency and data entry skills.
Ability to multitask and work independently.
Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed.

Requirements
Must work weekends.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Previous experience in a customer service, retail, hospitality, or within the car rental industry is ideal.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and efficiently.
Valid driver’s license with clean driving record (no more than 2 incidents/accidents in last 3 years).
Must be 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States.
Hiring is contingent on passing a complete background check and drug screen.
