Join our Global Admissions Hub in Barcelona to manage day-to-day operations for high school programs supporting Spanish-speaking exchange students.
You will handle every step of the admission process (including applications, visas, flights, placements) ensuring students and families feel confident about every step of the way.
This role sits at the heart of what we do, crafting smooth journeys that let young people focus on personal growth, new friendships, and discovery abroad.
What you will do
Partner with our Sales offices to hand off new students seamlessly into Operations.
Be an expert on admissions processes for our destinations and liaise with receiving organizations.
Guide exchange students and their guardians through applications, ensuring all documentation is complete and on time.
Handle operational steps like placements, flights, visas, and support with pre-departure orientations.
Keep our CRM up to date with each student's progress and status.
Be the go-to contact for students and guardians throughout their enrolment process, offering steady support.
Represent Educatius at events and build relationships with families and organizations.
Be part of our pre-departure meetings for students and families.
Create guidelines and procedures for internal teams or external use.
Collaborate with international colleagues and partners to deliver standout experience.
What you will bring
Native Spanish and advanced English (other languages a plus).
University degree preferred.
Have you lived, studied, or worked abroad or gone on an exchange yourself?
Are you outgoing, organized, and great at prioritizing when things get busy?
Do you go the extra mile for students and guardians while staying positive and professional?
Are you tech-savvy and comfortable with online systems, digital tools, and CRM?

Practical information
Contract: Fixed-term, full-time, with 2-month probation period.
